• You have at least 2 years of experience in a Staff or equivalent senior engineering role
• You're an expert in Ruby on Rails, comfortable tackling complex problems and delivering robust solutions

• You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful projects
• You're adept at navigating complex technical challenges

• You're collaborative, working effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive significant improvements to Babylist’s registry platform, enhancing core features and revamping the user experience
• Implement a new design system and modernize our codebase to ensure the platform remains intuitive, reliable, and delightful
• Elevate the technical skills of your team through mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Critically review technical proposals and guide problem-solving to tackle the right challenges with effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
