Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
- Adept in C#/.Net, Blazor, Docker and Python
- Strong experience with version control systems like Git within GitHub
- Skilled in cloud platforms with a strong preference for Azure or hybrid environments
- Experience with Octopus Deploy and RabbitMQ
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on complex projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for critical thinking and strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and adaptability, with a willingness to take on diverse roles in a start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize software applications using a broad understanding of software development
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing solutions to a wide range of software-related issues
- Foster a culture of growth by mentoring team members and promoting continuous learning and skill development within the engineering team
- Drive complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with the company's objectives
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development within the team
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve software performance and team productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and architecting distributed systems
- Experience with UX/UI design
- Familiarity with GIS products
- Familiarity with PowerBI and Analytic solutions
