We are a Series D company with over $325 million in funding, and we're building the largest network of therapists who accept insurance in the country. Our engineering team uses technology to build a better future for mental healthcare, focusing on our mission, shipping small and learning fast, treating everything as a product, and optimizing for trust. We are working on projects such as provider referrals, organic growth, onboarding optimization, and enabling new growth. We are looking for experienced engineers who can work across the stack on modern web applications and are comfortable with ambiguity and learning new technologies. Requirements
- Experience working across the stack on modern web applications
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language and comfortability with others

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python 3 and TypeScript
- Work across the full stack of modern web applications
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing products
- Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to build high-quality software
- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure the quality of the codebase
Preferred Qualifications
- Architected complex systems spanning multiple technical domains or product areas (e.g., publishing npm packages or owning infrastructure depended on by multiple teams)
- Driven technical vision and strategy at the organization level, by writing and reviewing technical design documents and participating in quarterly planning activities
- Established engineering standards and best practices across multiple teams
- Led major technical initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams
- Mentored senior engineers and technical leaders
