• 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring engineers

• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions with a 'get things done' attitude
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a team player who positively influences others
• Committed to writing clean, testable code and ensuring high standards of performance
