Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Staff Software Engineer and build modern AI-powered experiences. You will integrate emerging AI technologies, build proprietary developer tools, and contribute to a collaborative team. This full-time, remote (or optionally hybrid) role offers travel opportunities and reports to a Senior Director of Engineering. The position requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience and specific expertise in AI technologies and developer platforms. Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
• At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
• At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies
• Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
• Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably at least 3 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
