Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Staff Software Engineer! This full-time, remote (or optionally hybrid) position offers the opportunity to level up our front-end architecture and code quality, lead refactoring and feature development projects, and contribute to a thriving team. The role includes travel opportunities and a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $200,800 - $245,000, stock options, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

  • At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
  • At least 5 years of experience with React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
