Summary
Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Staff Software Engineer! This full-time, remote (or hybrid) position involves leveling up back-end architecture and code quality, leading refactoring and feature development, and applying expertise in scalable architecture. You will collaborate with a team, provide technical direction, and contribute to a positive engineering culture. The role offers a competitive salary ($200,800 - $245,000), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
- At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
- Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Leveling up our back end architecture and code quality through planned evolution
- Leading by example with hands on refactoring and feature development projects
- Applying your passion for scalable and extensible architecture to high impact products
