Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Staff Software Engineer! This full-time, remote (or hybrid) position involves leveling up back-end architecture and code quality, leading refactoring and feature development, and applying expertise in scalable architecture. Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
• At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
• Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
