As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will own the delivery of major initiatives, balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices, and use your expertise to improve Trustpilot's capabilities in your domain.

Requirements

• Several years of Fullstack Software Engineering experience
• In-depth expertise with cloud services, such as AWS
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges
• Extensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working with the wider business and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams
• Experience helping other engineers grow and develop their technical skills
• A desire to contribute to the future of Trustpilot, and the ability to make crucial technical decisions, in a pragmatic way
• A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
• Experience with CRMs and financial tools is a plus

• Own the delivery of major initiatives
• Balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices
• Use your expertise to improve Trustpilot's capabilities in your domain
• Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of initiatives, effectively communicate issues, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the engineering leadership to engage, develop, and retain talent
• Actively share your knowledge and seek opportunities to teach others about your domain
