Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Join a highly collaborative team as our AI Tools Architect, guiding the AI tooling strategy and ensuring systems are designed to support the rapidly-changing AI landscape.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI APIs, tools, and services
• Experience developing software in a cloud-based SaaS environment
• Experience promoting adoption of SDLC best practices (SLIs/SLOs, DORA metrics, etc.) in engineering teams
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts and bridge understanding between product, engineering, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop best practices for integration of AI tooling across the engineering organization
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of our existing systems
• Evaluate existing systems readiness for AI/ML enhancements
• Review designs for new systems
• Participate in internal engineering guilds to influence best practices adoption
• Develop standards and solicit feedback
• Track technology developments and explore opportunities via research spikes and prototyping
• Conduct investigations into emergent systems behavior
