Requirements

  • A seasoned software engineer with a deep specialization in frontend architecture and performance, consistently delivering high-quality, impactful solutions
  • 7+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern reactive libraries like React or Vue, with exposure to PHP/Laravel or similar backend frameworks
  • A proactive and self-motivated learner, continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to enhance our platform
  • An engineer with a strong sense of ownership, driving architectural decisions and ensuring the long-term health and scalability of our front end
  • A technical leader and mentor, inspiring engineers and building trust with stakeholders through clear communication and technical expertise
  • A proven architect with a deep understanding of design systems, performance optimization, and modular patterns
  • An engineer who understands the product vision, collaborates with product managers and designers, and translates business requirements into robust solutions
  • A pragmatic problem-solver, balancing the need for immediate solutions with long-term architectural considerations, and making data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the frontend architecture
  • Own and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all frontend components, and drive its adoption throughout the organization
  • Tackle complex performance challenges, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, diving into the codebase to solve deep-rooted problems and implement critical features
  • Mentor product engineers, guiding them in best practices, architectural design, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Drive the evolution of front-end development processes and tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • You'll drive architectural decisions and technical strategy that span multiple teams, shaping organizational direction and engineering best practices beyond individual team deliverables
