Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience building scalable systems at scale
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience, including leading multiple large projects or managing teams
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to dive into the details and resolve complex technical challenges
• Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) or backend systems (e.g., Elixir, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving problems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3-5 person squad, guiding your squad as a player-coach, providing hands-on technical direction while fostering team autonomy and excellence
• Own the success of multiple initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and product goals
• Conduct code reviews, technical planning, and design discussions to maintain high standards and drive innovation
• Mentor and sponsor team members, encouraging skill development and expanding their ownership opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in an on-call rotation, reinforcing a culture of accountability and operational excellence
