Summary
Join ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Bachelorโs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Progressive ServiceNow platform experience in a lead/architect capacity
- Strong experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party connectors
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features (e.g., Virtual Agent Designer, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics)
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and deep knowledge of ServiceNow development frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and solution design capabilities
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (required); Certified Technical Architect certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, while also exploring AI/ML capabilities within the platform (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) to streamline operations and enhance the user experience
- Design and build state of the art applications and visualizations using ServiceNow platform and related technologies
- Lead the design and implementation of robust integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure, Workday, SAP, Splunk, Snowflake)
- Leverage Workflow Data Fabric, IntegrationHub , custom APIs, and MID Servers to orchestrate real-time data exchange and workflow automation
- Define integration architecture standards and ensure security, scalability, and performance across use cases
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities in ServiceNow , such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation (e.g., incident categorization, request routing, knowledge recommendations)
- Evaluate and prototype AI/ML models for platform enhancement in alignment with business goals
- Act as the primary technical owner of the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on extensibility and modernization
- Define and enforce best practices around platform development, integrations, and performance optimization
- Guide external partners on architecture, code quality, and delivery excellence
- Explore the latest ServiceNow features and evaluate them for adoption
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional IT teams to understand integration and automation needs
- Serve as the go-to expert for integration strategy and AI-enablement across ServiceNow
