• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken German is essential
• Demonstrated experience in digital writing
• A keen understanding of what makes stories shareable on social platforms
• Proficiency with social and digital publishing tools
• A methodical approach to efficiently managing your beat
• A strong connection to the German lifestyle, food, entertainment, and art scene, demonstrating a deep understanding of its cultural nuances

Responsibilities

• Identify compelling stories and generate diverse content ideas for our the assigned cities
• Craft engaging, accurate, and informative articles efficiently
• Ensure all site copy and headlines adhere to editorial guidelines and our style guide
• Collaborate on an editorial calendar that balances news, reviews, and city-centric content, ranging from trending stories to planned campaigns
• Create SEO-friendly posts (SEO training will be provided if needed)
• Assist in promotional efforts and collaborate with our Social Media Networking team under manager guidance
• Use analytics to refine your content strategy and make adjustments as necessary
