Summary

Join Experian as a Staffing/PEO Relationship Manager and cultivate strong client relationships, prioritizing business needs, and advocating for superior customer experiences. You will manage and develop senior-level client relationships, supporting business renewals and retention strategies. Leverage your detailed business knowledge in Employer Services to identify opportunities for Experian products and services. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to expand business opportunities. This fully remote role reports to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management and offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience or business development background with strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in developing and managing senior level client relationships
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships, prioritize business needs and facilitate supporting Employer Services Staffing and PEO clients and new business
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes to identify existing and potential applications for Experian Employer Services products and services
  • Client liaison between the client and internal departments
  • Prioritize client requests and utilize proper support mechanisms
  • Support renewal of existing business and retention strategies
  • Gather data and insights regarding usage; ensure usage at projected levels
  • Coordinate service deliverables based on client need
  • Collaborate and advise leadership regarding expansion opportunities and assignments
  • Support the renewal of existing business in coordination with team
  • Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects
