Staff/Principal Cloud Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Cloud/Systems/Infrastructure Engineer at OREDATA, a digital transformation and IT consulting firm with expertise in tackling various challenges across EMEA. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant engineering field
• 8 to 15 years of working experience in a Senior Cloud/Systems/Infrastructure engineering capacity
• At least 3 years of customer facing experience
• Broad experience with Infrastructure (e.g., IAAS, PAAS)
• Good understanding of agile processes and data-oriented decision making
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Own the efficient elastic environment and infrastructure implementations using various cloud and on-premise environments
• Implement cloud migration, landing zone, infrastructure automation, optimization, and current customer projects
• Work with automation tools such as terraform, ansible, puppet, and cloud fabric framework
• Ensure engineering and security best practices and methodologies are applied
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
