Requirements

• Student in their final year, BAC+5/6 (engineering student, business school student, university student) with a specialization in finance
• First experience on an ERP implementation project of the SAP type or other; or desire to join the world of ESN and consulting
• Enjoys working in a team and has a developed sense of service, while demonstrating autonomy and rigor
• Perfect command of the French language (oral and written) is essential
• Basic English proficiency is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in the design of the solution (Preparation of workshops and solution mockups, specification of needs)
• Implement evolutions on the system (Definition and validation of need with the client, writing specifications, testing, training, and support)
• Assist teams in the operational implementation and follow-up of the solution (Performing tests, accompanying business teams and providing training, support, and writing operation manuals)
• Assist teams in incident handling on the solution (Analyzing error, implementing a workaround with the client, correction and recording of follow-up in the incident management tool, proposing optimization)
• Assist governance in planning and following operations (Preparation and implementation of KPIs for project tracking or activities, participation in governance project instances and writing reports, support to the Project Director)
