Stagiaire Customer Success, Internship - France

Summary

The job is for a financial accounting internship at Dext, a growing FinTech company in France and London. The intern will assist the Customer Success team in setting up accounts for partner firms and providing support. The internship lasts 6 months.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collect data from partners (Plan comptable, Liste fournisseur, Liste Client)
• Establish connection between the Dext client account and accounting software production account to collect data
• Help partners set up their Dext dashboard and transfer files
• Respond to level 1 support requests
• Handle logistics for in-person trainings at Dext's offices
• Occasionally visit partner firms during trainings to assist the CSM
