Stay Smart Coach

Summary

Join Dynatron Software as a remote Stay Smart Coach and help automotive service departments boost revenue and profitability. You will coach clients to maximize key focus areas using our "Stay Smart" coaching approach. This role requires extensive automotive fixed operations and service department management experience, along with strong presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills. Requirements

• Must have at minimum 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience
• Must have at least 2 -3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience
• Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner
• Possess ability to understand, accomplish and present goals
• Must possess consultative problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable and effective with all sales and service-related process questions
• Proven ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions
• Detail oriented
• Established ability to execute defined processes
• Must be able to effectively manage time, manage multiple accounts and strategically prioritize
• Ability to work well in a remote or office environment
• Must be comfortable interacting with and training all levels of management, including executive level managers
• Demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality

Responsibilities

• Use consultative methods and prior experience to effect change in designated area
• Use “Perfect Pricing” and “Perfect Repair Order” model to garner projected financial impact for client
• Hold monthly / quarterly coaching sessions with clients to confirm and measure implemented changes
• Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes
• Use wins and outcomes to garner interest in additional Dynatron products
• Schedule and confirm attendance in available manager workshops
