Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key universities as a primary channel for sourcing STEM contractors (PhDs, MSc students)
• Develop and manage a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy targeting high-science professionals
• Build partnerships with relevant science conferences, events, and other avenues for talent acquisition
• Create a world-class experience for PhD/MSc candidates collaborating with Turing
• Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand technical contractor requirements and ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Oversee campus recruitment activities, including events, presentations, and workshops to attract top talent
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
