Sterile Processing Instructor

Summary

Join Brookline College as a remote instructor for our Sterile Processing program! You will deliver engaging lectures, maintain course materials, evaluate student progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This evening position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a Sterile Processor. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. While teaching experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. We offer leadership development, tuition assistance, and forgiveness programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sterile Processor
• Ability to create and maintain relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide remote evening instruction for the Sterile Processing program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm MST
• Deliver engaging theory/lecture content using various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Maintain and update course syllabi; assist in developing new curricula as needed
• Evaluate student competence based on program objectives and prepare timely progress reports
• Maintain accurate attendance records and submit grade reports
• Attend faculty meetings and follow school academic policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
