Summary

The Amazon Store Leader is responsible for developing and executing the Amazon store strategy, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years proven experience in e-commerce and online retail, with a focus on managing Amazon stores and driving sales growth
• Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Amazon store strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
• Define product assortment, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability on the Amazon platform
• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment and restocking of products to ensure availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations
• Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience on the Amazon platform, including timely responses to inquiries, resolution of issues, and management of customer feedback and reviews
