Responsibilities
- Support one or more strategic initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, engineering, and data science, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify insights, track performance metrics, and inform decision-making
- Assist in creating project plans, defining success metrics, and monitoring milestones
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, and implementing process improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress and outcomes effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles at a high-growth startup or consulting firm
- Have familiarity with project management, operations, or analytics
- Have strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field
