Summary

Join OneSignal, a leading omnichannel customer engagement solution, as a Strategic Account Executive to scale our business in North America. You will manage and grow net new revenue, working closely with product leaders, marketers, and developers globally. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and demos, and identifying partner opportunities. This role requires 6+ years of software sales experience, knowledge of regional accounts, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. OneSignal offers a competitive base salary ($115,000-$150,000) plus On Target Earnings (OTE) ($223,000-$250,000), equity, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

  • 6+ years of software sales experience
  • Knowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerations
  • Demonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quota
  • Solid collaboration skills
  • Incredible attention to detail (tracking success and opportunities; follow up with customers)
  • Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage net new and upsell Revenue Strategic Territory
  • Generate and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Ability to recognize ICP and buyer persona’s
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads
  • Lead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos
  • Identify partner and marketing opportunities to support revenue growth
  • Evangelize the product to all prospective and existing clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, Javascript and/or messaging
  • Bonus points if you speak/write fluently additional languages, and/or have experience selling messaging products

Benefits

  • The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $115,000 to $150,000, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $223,000 and $250,000/year
