Summary

Join insightsoftware as a Strategic Alliance Director and accelerate revenue growth by collaborating with top-tier alliances and partners. This remote individual contributor role focuses on recruiting, activating, enabling, and leading partners to drive incremental revenue bookings for the Lease Lifecycle Management solution suite. You will consistently meet or exceed sales goals, nurture existing alliances, recruit new partners, and lead the execution of joint GTM plans. The role requires strong sales experience, strategic planning skills, and excellent communication abilities. Travel up to 30% is required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or partner-led sales experience (sell-with, sell-to or sell-through)
  • Proven track record of leveraging strategic alliances & partnerships to source and close complex sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with Lease Administration or Lease Accounting technology & services
  • Strong strategic planning and business analytics skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage win-win collaboration models that produce sustainable shared revenue growth
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed our monthly, quarterly and annual partner-led sales goals
  • Systematically nurture and grow our existing alliances with leading Lease Administration & Lease Accounting service providers
  • Recruit and activate new partners, focused on complementary service providers in our target markets
  • Lead the execution of joint GTM plans, working closely with both the external & internal partners and holding all parties accountable for the agreed actions & outcomes
  • Using a variety of BI tools & systems, analyze and report on the progress of each strategic partner, through monthly & quarterly business review sessions
  • Travel as needed (up to 30%) to generate and accelerate momentum with our top-tier strategic alliances
