Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts
  • Has worked with technical products in a consultative format across complex organisations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of high priority customers
  • Ensure customers have a clear business case for building products powered by Enode and a clear end-to-end product development & launch plan
  • Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure our product evolves and meets the wants and needs of our customers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey end-to-end
  • Build the Customer Success function within Enode

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products
  • Experience in product management
