Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts
- Has worked with technical products in a consultative format across complex organisations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of high priority customers
- Ensure customers have a clear business case for building products powered by Enode and a clear end-to-end product development & launch plan
- Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure our product evolves and meets the wants and needs of our customers
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey end-to-end
- Build the Customer Success function within Enode
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products
- Experience in product management
