Summary

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, utilizing data to identify performance insights, presenting findings to executives, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
- Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL
- Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling, experiment design, and customer analysis
- Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL and Python
- Present findings simply and eloquently, always leading to a βso whatβ and action
- Communicate effectively to executive-level points of contact
- Identify opportunities to expand services
- Maintain expected level of client retention
- Consistently drive efficiencies within the current reporting & insights processes
- Stats-based performance forecasting
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking)
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Measurement/Marketing Science client retention for your book of business
- Client sentiment for dedicated accounts
- Efficiency and quality of analysis delivery, both in the hard output and presented narrative
- A creative, problem-solver mind with a foundation of hard data skills
- Advanced understanding of statistical concepts: advanced modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, limitations of statistics, etc
- Experience using Data Science to guide marketing decisions
