As a Sword Trainee, you will contribute to the success of our three main solutions (Thrive, Bloom, and Move) by supporting Associate General Managers. This 12-month program offers a steep learning curve, real-world impact, and opportunities to develop your skills in strategy, operations, and execution. You will work on cross-functional initiatives, track key metrics, prepare strategic materials, conduct research, and identify process improvements. Responsibilities
- Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across different Teams by supporting project planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment
- Assisting in the definition, tracking, and reporting of key operational and performance metrics
- Helping the Associate General Manager with the preparation of strategic materials, internal presentations, and executive communications
- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and surface improvement opportunities
- Identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and helping propose or test process improvements
- Supporting the organization and facilitation of internal meetings and workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related areas
- A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Passion for improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a mission-driven organization
- Familiarity with the healthcare or technology sectors
