Student Functional Project-Based Consultant

Summary

Join CampusWorks as a 1099 project-based consultant and leverage your functional student services experience with higher education and the Jenzabar ERP system to help our clients. You will assist institutions in creating efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting. Your expertise will be used to train student services professionals. This role requires experience in student services operations and hands-on experience with Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1). The ideal candidate will possess an analytical, problem-solving mindset and substantial expertise in higher education.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years’ Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) expertise
• Have experience in Student Services (admissions, registrar, financial aid, etc.) in higher education
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Help clients create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting
• Train student services professionals within client institutions
• Engage with clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams and CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have Jenzabar SaaS experience
• Have ERP implementation and/or consulting experience
• Hold an advanced degree
• Have experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor
• Have experience with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software
