This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in idea management, working on both operational and strategic tasks. You will create reports, presentations, and identify optimization potential, contributing to the development of idea management as a leadership and motivation tool. The internship is flexible, allowing for 16-20 hours per week with the possibility of remote work and increased hours during semester breaks. You will collaborate with various departments, attend external events, and support the evaluation commission. This is a 12-24 month internship for students in business administration or related fields.

Requirements

• Be an enrolled student in business administration, economics, or a similar field of study
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and enjoyment of independent work
• Have good analytical skills and a self-reliant work style
• Value good teamwork and be an open and communicative person
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the operational and strategic tasks of idea management
• Create reports, statistics, and presentations independently
• Identify and implement optimization potential to improve idea management
• Support the preparation of meetings for the evaluation commission
• Support the annual event honoring top submitters and reviewers
• Actively participate in external events to expand your horizons and learn about idea management in other companies
