Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience working closely with colleges and universities
  • A minimum of two years of experience facilitating trainings
  • In-depth knowledge of college and university ecosystems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and technical acumen
  • Consultative approach to engaging clients and proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Facilitate client workshops to elicit requirements & share exemplary practices
  • Document client projects as input to discovery report / solution proposals
  • Take the lead and/or support in the delivery of client projects
  • Facilitate packaged / bespoke training programs for clients
  • Provide functional client support / consultation where required
  • Lead webinars & various client community campaigns
  • Maintain a demonstration site for the purpose of sharing exemplary client practices
  • Nurture new sales leads for warm handover to the sales team
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Job description

Symplicity’s Student Success Consultant is responsible for driving the continued adoption of the UniHub/CareerHub application across Symplicty’s customer base closely engaging with broad sets of university teams and stakeholders to uncover challenges & implement solutions that will enhance student success & drive business process improvement.
