Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field)
- Minimum of 10 years related experience with progressively increased responsibility
- Proven experience as a Subcontracts Specialist or Administrator, with a focus on federal construction contracts and subcontracts
- In-depth understanding of the DOD environment and its regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal regulations related to construction contracts
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work efficiently and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer subcontracting processes for TechFlow’s Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit, ensuring adherence to federal construction contracts and regulations
- Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with DOD regulations, as well as state, local, and federal construction contract requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple local subcontractors, managing communications and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements, modifications, and terminations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of subcontract agreements, amendments, and performance evaluations. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to subcontract agreements or compliance matters
