Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of content creators working on Biology and Chemistry courses
• Give regular feedback, run performance reviews, and help your team grow
• Hire, onboard and train new team members. Build a positive, collaborative team culture
• Make sure all content is clear, accurate, on-brand and grounded in solid pedagogy
• Review work and provide clear, constructive feedback to keep quality high
• Stay across curriculum updates, teaching best practice and competitor resources
• Shape how courses are built—recommend lesson structures, content approaches and improvements
• Use project tools (like Google Sheets and JIRA) to plan, track and manage team work and deadlines
• Use data and feedback to improve course quality and user experience
• Work with the Content Leadership team to improve processes and share learnings
• Help shape and deliver the subject content roadmap
• Publish Biology, Chemistry and Movement courses to our platform with a high level of accuracy
