  • Minimum 6 years of Supply Chain Planning Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and coach team of planners
  • Develop employee performance goals
  • Establish, manage, and facilitate the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process to drive alignment between demand, supply, and business goals in near term planning horizons
  • Establish, manage, and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive alignment between demand, supply, and business goals in mid to long term planning horizons
  • Responsible for gaining alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to consensus demand plan that reflects both market trends and business priorities
  • Identify and close plan variances by working cross-functionally to adjust forecasts, resolve discrepancies, and align all teams on corrective actions
  • Effectively communicate forecast updates and consensus demand plan to ensure alignment across the business
  • Implement critical metrics and processes to improve planning team efficiencies and performance
  • Implement core planning strategies that aligns to key business objectives
  • Continuously improve the planning process, focusing on areas such as forecasting accuracy, process automation, and adoption of advanced planning tools to increase the businessโ€™s planning maturity
  • Contribute and play key roles in special projects and strategy initiatives
  • Support in the process of setting annual budget and strategic plans for planning function
  • Support the planning team in all aspects of demand, supply, and capacity planning, ensuring smooth coordination with procurement, production, and logistics teams
  • Continuously assess network planning assumptions collaboratively with various teams
  • Identify and present potential opportunities and risks to demand, supply, capacity and inventory to leadership
  • Contribute to key strategic initiatives such as capacity planning, network optimization, or new product introductions, playing an active role in aligning planning activities objectives
  • Ensure planning outcomes are aligned to businessโ€™s fiscal goals
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize planning workflows
  • Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory days on hand, COGS, etc. Ensuring continuous improvement in planning outcomes
  • Responsible for outcomes of supply and demand planning
  • Identify and implement advanced planning tools and technologies to improve workflows, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Ad hoc requests from leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Certification from APICS or ISM
