Summary
Join our team as a highly motivated Support Specialist in the field of Image Guided Surgery, covering hospitals in Belgium. You will be based from your home office and report directly to the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Preferably you have completed a Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology or a technical or IT-related degree or you are equivalent through experience
- You enjoy hands-on work on high-tech equipment
- You are also interested in computer technology, IT-networks and software
- Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities
- Adapt in working as part of a team or individually
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux area and abroad
- Fluent in English. Additional language knowledge (French, Dutch) will be considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs of the Brainlab platforms Curve, Kick and Buzz
- Execute SW/HW updates and/or upgrades
- Setup network integrations and Virtual Machine servers
- Perform troubleshooting (onsite and remote) and analyze problems to find solutions
- Read, analyze, interpret/arrange network diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Plan, organize, and implement your service assignments
- Complete every installation or service assignment efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicate in a professional manner and build robust customer relationships
- Be friendly, calm and competent on a face-to-face basis with customers
- Instruct and educate customers in proper use of products and services
- Perform and document all mandatory administrative tasks accurately according the Brainlab policies in a timely manner
- Actively live the team approach on a regional and European level
