Summary

Gallagher Bassett Technical Services is hiring a Surveillance Professional for their Surveillance Investigation team. The role is primarily remote but requires travel within southeastern PA and south central NJ areas. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be detail-oriented with effective written and oral communication skills, and possess computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A valid driver's license, reliable motor vehicle transportation, and availability for off-shift and weekend work are also required. Desirable qualifications include 1+ year of experience in investigative surveillance and bi-lingual or multi-lingual communication skills.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented with effective written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle transportation
• Availability for off-shift and weekend work or other field investigations
• Own video surveillance equipment

Responsibilities

Perform on-site surveillance service and prepare detailed reports electronically using Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in investigative surveillance
• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual communication skills

Benefits
