This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company on the verge of an IPO. You will conduct research, support the development of sustainability strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects advancing Vosyn's commitment to environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field and a strong understanding of sustainability strategies. This role provides invaluable experience in a dynamic startup environment, allowing you to enhance your CV and work directly with senior management.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field required
• Strong understanding of sustainability strategy, environmental stewardship, and corporate responsibility frameworks
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and data analysis tools
• Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and trend analysis in sustainability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities to support the development of strategic initiatives
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations and processes
• Support the tracking and reporting of sustainability performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate sustainability progress and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
• Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform sustainability planning and strategy
• Assist in engaging with stakeholders to build partnerships and foster collaboration on sustainability initiatives
