SVP, Medicare Sales

Join us in our mission to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our Medicare beneficiaries! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Medicare Sales to lead our strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Medicare marketplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrated, proven success in a senior Medicare Advantage sales role
• Experience and understanding of the healthcare, value-based reimbursement, and Medicare payer lines of business
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
• History of executing complex deals throughout the healthcare marketplace for a range of clients
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis in successful sales pitches and public presentations to larger audiences
• Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Will utilize industry contacts and relationship to gain new business opportunities
• Manage the sales process in order to meet or exceed quarterly and annual company sales goals
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts in large regional and national accounts
• Understand business prospect’s challenges and articulate how they align with FitOn Health’s products and services
• Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals
• Foster relationships with senior health plan executives
