Join us in our mission to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our Medicare beneficiaries! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Medicare Sales to lead our strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Medicare marketplace.
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated, proven success in a senior Medicare Advantage sales role
- Experience and understanding of the healthcare, value-based reimbursement, and Medicare payer lines of business
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
- History of executing complex deals throughout the healthcare marketplace for a range of clients
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis in successful sales pitches and public presentations to larger audiences
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Will utilize industry contacts and relationship to gain new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process in order to meet or exceed quarterly and annual company sales goals
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts in large regional and national accounts
- Understand business prospect’s challenges and articulate how they align with FitOn Health’s products and services
- Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals
- Foster relationships with senior health plan executives
