Synon Developer

Summary

Join our team as a SYNON Developer for a long-term remote position. This role focuses on RxCLAIM/Claim Adjudication enhancement projects, requiring strong SYNON/COOL 2E coding skills and experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications. You will work on Claim Processing logic, integration with downstream applications, and maintain existing systems. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, and DB2/400. Experience with RALLY or JIRA is also required. This position offers a remote work arrangement.

Requirements

• Strong SYNON/COOL 2E coding skills
• Experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications
• 3 - 5 Years of Experience with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, DB2/400
• Strong troubleshooting skills, and diligence in the pursuit of issue resolutions
• Code with a minimal amount of guidance and meet project deadlines
• Experience with RALLY or JIRA

Responsibilities

• Work on RxCLAIM/Claim Adjudication enhancement projects which involve changes to Claim Processing logic and integration with downstream applications
• Maintain existing systems, document the current system flow and business logic, development of new systems/solutions, and perform major enhancements to existing systems using SYNON and other relevant technologies
