System Architect

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of voice solution including VXML, SIP, VOIP, Genesys Voice Portal, SS7, RIVR, AudioCodes SBC
• Knowledge of software solution design including infrastructure and sizing
• Experience with the creation of valid and modern interaction-concepts (Call Flows, Web Apps)
• A finished degree in computer science (or related) or comparable qualification
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, JavaScript, Python including object-oriented design
• 5+ years of experience in software development (Java, Bicep/Terraform, Shell/Bash/Sql,….)
• Experience with release systems, versioning systems and CI/CD workflows and tools (Gitlab, Maven/Gradle…..)
• Experience with databases (relational/non-relational)
• Experience with application/web server (JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache)
• Knowledge about Cloud Environments (Azure/AWS)
• Technologies (RIVR, Spring, Spring Boot, EJB, Rest-Services, J2E, React, JSF, Javascript)

Responsibilities

• Development of speech applications including design, development, testing, rollout and maintenance
• Design of scalable and robust software solutions (voice applications, web frontend, backend) including infrastructure, sizing and interaction between the components
• Collaborate with product owner and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using modern programming languages and technologies
• Continuously refactor and improve existing codebase to ensure code quality and performance
• Last Level support for Operation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development and language technologies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
