Summary

Join ModSquad as a Technical Customer Support Mod Contractor! Work from home on cool projects for top-tier clients, assist customers, and guide them to the right answers. Requirements

  • Available for at least 20 hours per week (8 of these hours are weekend mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Robust knowledge of Unreal Engine specifically; game development is a strong bonus
  • QA experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Salesforce experience (or other CRMs)
  • English fluency required (language test will be required)
  • I7 Quad Core 3.0 GHz or higher
  • 32 GB RAM
  • Nvidia 2080 or higher (or equivalent)
  • 500 GB+ Hard Drive Space
  • Dual Monitors – Highly Recommended
  • Internet speed of at least 100 down and upload 20 minimum (more suggested)
  • Stable Power Connection

Responsibilities

Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services

Preferred Qualifications

Any game developer history or asset creation is a plus
