Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including the ability to identify fraud, phishing, data leaks, and other types of digital abuse

Responsibilities

  • Analyze case flows within the takedown process
  • Draft abuse report templates for providers and platforms
  • Communicate with internal areas and external entities such as hosting providers, registrars, registries, and others involved in the takedown process
  • Review digital content in takedown tickets
  • Assist in the implementation of new strategies and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the takedown processes
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices related to online content removal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Spanish
  • Ongoing or completed courses in Law, International Relations, or Information Security
  • Knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, or CSIRT operations
