Requirements

• Design and optimize data workflows using Talend to support the creation and editing of health plans
• Collaborate with data architects, SQL engineers, and product owners to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes

Responsibilities

• Write and update Talend workflows for file creation and file movement from Teradata to 3rd party systems
• Collaborate with data architects, SQL engineers, and product owners to gather requirements for health plan-related projects
• Design and develop scalable data workflows using Talend to create or edit health plans effectively
• Optimize Talend jobs to address health plan requirements, including payouts validation and improving rule-engine algorithms
• Enhance job performance and ensure efficient processing of large data volumes
• Develop robust data pipelines for file creation and ensure accurate scheduling for timely delivery
• Automate and monitor workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
• Identify and resolve issues in data workflows and processes
• Build and implement validation checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability throughout the pipeline
