Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (multiple fields are accepted)
  • Previous and relevant working experience as a Tech Recruiter
  • Ability to conduct a variety of interview types (structured, competency-based, values, among others)
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish steady cross-functional relationships
  • Ownership mentality who thrives in an ambiguous environment, while having the ability to prioritize multiple requests and demands
  • Self-motivation, solid work ethic and sense of confidentiality
  • Multicultural and international mindset
  • Advanced English is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Perform recruitment & selection processes for Technology & Product positions by identifying, selecting and hiring A-Players to join our mission
  • Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process to ensure we meet organization hiring needs and goals, working closely to deliver the best candidates
  • Assure job posts for new hiring needs, publishing them on different Tech and/ or generic job boards, talent marketplaces or job portals
  • Perform active sourcing and search of potential candidates through databases, professional networks, communities, social media and/ or employee referrals
  • Screen applications and schedule interviews, assuring accountability for each candidate throughout the full candidate life-cycle, providing follow-ups and feedback
  • Execute interviews, screening and assessing candidate’s technical skills, soft skills and adherence to Wellhub’s values
  • Prepare interview reports
  • Present offers and, after an hiring is made, collaborate with our People BP and People Ops areas for the admission process
  • Provide to candidates a positive and engaging experience
  • Update our ATS (Greenhouse), making sure to comply with our hiring process
  • Recommend innovative ideas that improve the end-to-end recruiting process and contribute to the long-term growth of Wellhub
