Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR operations—ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- You are proficient at leverage Greenhouse for both candidate and stakeholder management, deeply understanding the ins-and-outs of this ATS
- Proficient in working with data in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools; you can tell a story with numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re empathetic and thrive in cross-functional collaboration
- A proactive problem solver who can identify opportunities and act on them without being asked
Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling, communications, and logistics to ensure a white-glove experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment lifecycle—from job postings to offer letters—and suggest or implement improvements to streamline operations
- Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and related recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Track and analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates) to surface insights and support continuous improvement
- Own the candidate experience touchpoints and troubleshoot issues with empathy and urgency to ensure a positive journey
- Ensure hiring processes align with company policies and applicable labor regulations, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process
- Evaluate new tools and technologies that could automate tasks, improve hiring speed, and reduce costs
