Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Entry-Level)
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or research (Entry-Level)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Entry-Level)
  • Possess strong research and analytical abilities (Entry-Level)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS/CRM tools (Entry-Level)
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (Entry-Level)
  • Possess excellent English skills (Entry-Level)
  • Be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Intern)
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR practices (Intern)

  • Be self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment (Intern)

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates utilizing multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the roles
  • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates for future positions
  • Conduct research on talent pools, hiring trends, and industry insights in different regions to assist with strategic sourcing efforts
  • Communicate with potential candidates through email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and qualifications
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and recruitment team to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
  • Input and manage candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sourcing efforts, pipeline metrics, and candidate engagement
