Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required, or equivalent related experience considered
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems – Lever experience strongly preferred, experience with Dayforce HRIS also a plus
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, and the ability to tailor strategies accordingly
  • Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
  • Demonstrated proactive sourcing capabilities, especially in competitive talent markets
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; you know how to juggle priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal – and a knack for building candidate rapport
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hiring laws and HR best practices
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Comfortable using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS tools to reach and engage talent
  • $60,000 - $70,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance for a variety of technical and business roles
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to build customized recruitment strategies that fit each team and role
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking events, college outreach, and internal databases to identify top-tier passive candidates
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, effectively communicating our culture, core values, and mission to every applicant
  • Manage interviews from scheduling to follow-up, ensuring seamless coordination, creating Google Meet rooms, and facilitating internal debriefs
  • Extend offers, lead offer negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding next steps
  • Maintain data in our ATS (Lever experience preferred) and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize performance and identify trends
  • Collaborate effectively with our global offices and international candidates, accommodating different time zones as needed
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and HR, helping us stand out in a competitive talent market
  • Create and maintain recruitment documentation such as interview guides, playbooks,interview scorecards,  job descriptions and offer letter templates
  • Support general HR initiatives as needed and bring a collaborative mindset to cross-functional projects
