Summary

The position is a 6-month, full-time temporary role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The estimated annual salary range is $185,000 - $215,000 USD.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 1.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on strategic sourcing and/or talent intelligence within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to inform talent strategies
  • Experience sourcing for highly technical engineering roles
  • Experience with advanced Boolean search techniques and other creative sourcing methodologies
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and succession planning concepts
  • This will be a 6-month, full-time temporary role, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position at the end of the 6-month period. Estimated annual salary range: $185,000 - $215,000 USD. This position is not eligible to receive equity or bonus compensation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for niche and high-priority roles. This includes leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, industry-specific communities, academic networks, and other non-traditional sources
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to understand talent landscapes, industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide actionable insights to hiring managers and leadership to inform talent strategies
  • Proactively build and maintain robust talent communities and pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Cultivate long-term relationships with potential candidates
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend data-driven improvements. Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies for optimal data management
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and others to deeply understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on sourcing approaches. Act as a trusted advisor on talent market dynamics
  • Craft compelling outreach messages to attract and engage passive talent. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through the early stages of the recruitment process
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by showcasing the company's mission, culture, and values to potential candidates, particularly within specialized talent communities
  • Actively monitor emerging recruitment technologies, sourcing best practices, and advancements in talent acquisition, then recommend and implement innovative solutions
