Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition for a scaling Technology, SaaS or Product business
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • A passion for driving direction from insights and reporting, leveraging varied data sources
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, providing a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver Talent Acquisition initiatives that will support the long-term growth of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) is a plus
  • Experience using and/or implementing project management software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, and other TA specific technology is a plus
