• Experience in fast paced, demanding executive recruiting environments
• Familiarity with an array of executive leadership roles
• Comfortable both passively sourcing, approaching and screening discerning candidates
• Broad passion for the technology industry, and up to date on current affairs in the industry
• Exceptional, compelling communication skills (especially written) and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment
