Summary

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the recruiting field (experience in the technology field is a big plus)
- Superior English fluency (verbal and written)
- Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social platforms, etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools
- Exceptional communication skills—creative, clear, and professional
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
Responsibilities
- Source, pre-screen, and submit candidates for a variety of roles, both technical and non-technical
- Engage with candidates through creative and strategic communication across different platforms (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, etc.)
- Guide candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process, including evaluation assessments
- Build talent pipelines and proactively identify new channels to discover top talent
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and progress
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sourcing strategies
- Represent Zipdev’s commitment to authenticity, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning in every interaction
